WeiserMazars LLP announced it has acquired certain business units from LECG Corporation including the commercial and insurance audit, and business consulting professionals. This acquisition will strengthen and expand the breadth of services offered to the Pennsylvania marketplace and, with the opening of a Chicago office, establish a Midwest presence for WeiserMazars LLP.
